The television series Scarecrow and Mrs King is about a mythical 'Agency' and the adventures of two of its members - Lee Stetson (played by Bruce Boxleitner, codename 'Scarecrow') and Amanda King (played by Kate Jackson).

The two main protagonists of the television series meet in strange circumstances in the series premiere of Scarecrow and Mrs King, which eventually results in Amanda King joining the 'Agency' and becoming a full agent.
